Reduce Toxicity and Heal at the Cellular Level

If you want an improved immune system for better health and wellness you need to reduce toxicity and heal at the cellular level. Unless you live in a plastic bubble (probably not the best option either) you will be exposed to a daily bombardment of environmental toxins. This toxic accumulation in your body can create a disease potential and therefore it is important to understand the need for proper detoxification protocols.

This idea of healing at the cellular level I experienced when I first saw Dr. Dan Pompa speak in 2009. It was a light bulb/brain moment. I had been involved in healthcare since 1988 and was wondering for years why so many people are getting “sicker”. The cell level explanation filled in many of the why questions I had and Proper Detox plays a very important role in this journey.

Can detox cause more harm than good? Absolutely, so It is important to understand how to mobilize toxins out of your system without creating more problems. I would love to give a client a couple products and say this will change your life. Also an important note is that correct detoxification needs a multifaceted approach. A person must incorporate lifestyle changes, dietary changes and also be conscious of the toxic environmental factors. For example, do not use pesticides around your home. We can’t control all of the factors but those we can – we must.

Simple detoxification with juices, cleanses or chlorella for several months may give you the temporary feel good but are they getting deep into the root cause? Usually not!
It is more complicated than that so using proper chelators/binders like bio-active carbons, microlized zeolites, humic acids etc. are necessary.

The following are some other recommendations:

  • Don’t try to do it on your own, good professional guidance will incorporate your overall health and history not just the detox at hand
  • Understand it is a marathon not a sprint for your health journey
  • Eat clean, organic, whole foods, avoiding processed foods as much as possible
  • Support your kidneys and use good filtration options for the water you drink as hydration helps push toxins out (careful as unhealthy tap water can create toxins in)
  • Sweating releases toxins via the skin so incorporate exercise and also saunas
  • Your liver, or main detox organ can function better by utilizing turmeric, milk thistle, and dandelion root

If you need guidance or have interest in pursuing this journey we are here to help. You can do this!
