Drinking water can also give you a greater sense of fullness, which can curb your sweet tooth at holiday parties.

Keep Healthy Snacks Around

It’s a good idea to fill up on something healthy before going to parties. This will also keeping feeling full and keep you from overeating or eating the wrong things.

Spinal adjustments will boost your immune system by removing interference from your nervous system. This will allow your body to function more optimally. The more smoothly your body functions, the better your health will be.

This is when you work full capacity for 30 seconds (bike, run, squats, jumping jacks, etc.) followed by a 2 minute rest. Repeat 5-6 times for a full workout. Only do this 3 times a week, and include rest days in between.
