Simple Healthy Chili Recipe

Simple Healthy Chili
Brown beef in large pot until cooked. Add other ingredients and simmer until the beans are soft. You can add the toppings you like.
- 1 lb grass-fed beef or bison
- 1 onion diced
- 1 large can of diced tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 2 can kidney or black beans
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 3 tbsp cumin
- Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper (to taste)
- Optional toppings: organic sour cream, chives, organic cheese or goat cheese, cilantro
